Why Should This Player Be Punished: RDM'd and gunpointed my friend Margret Bollock in front of an NPC and security camera at storage.

Prior to this, our only engagements with this group were a mugging/gunfight in which 2 of them were involved and both of them were killed, and a raid in which me and my friend both died, so neither have a relation to the situation presented in this AR.
Also accidentally left music playing in the background while recording the demo. I don't think it's loud enough to disrupt the audio from the situation though.

@FolkG0d (Matt Fine) will receive a ban for breaking 3.4. Gunpointing another player in public like this is not beneficial enough to justify the risk.

I'll have a word with Margret Bollock and make sure that the player knows that he can't break character as he did in this situation.
