Why Should This Player Be Punished: I shot at them through the window. Plenty of time for them to run away since I didn't leave the balcony. Yet they decide to rush me with baseball bats. Which I find is fucking stupid and life endangering unnecessarily.

Because you unnecessarily endangered your life when you could have easily gotten away. There was really no need to risk your life like that. Would you run up to a guy with bats irl if he had a gun? I really don't fucking think so.

If you tried to kill them they can do anything that would preserve their lives, if them all charging you with bats was better than being shot in the back when escaping, so be it.

What I am saying is that they had a better chance of escaping than beating at me with bats. Running would be more realistic in this situation.

In my personal opinion, this comes down to the combat scenario. 3 people with bats can easily overwhelm a single man with a gun (if we are talking about a pistol and not an automatic rifle or semi auto shotgun). If it was a better solution to club you down than running away, it would be valid.

Yeah, in a game where one bullet wont make you go stumbling to the floor and allow the guy to put another through your fucking temple it is. I understand the strategy in a game where you wont die before harvesting the drugs and respawning and then selling them when they respawn, but in real life. You wouldn't do that shit.

Right, so lets clear this up, if we were not going to attempt to kill someone, there would be no point of raiding. We saw that you had drugs and whilst @Wolfjie was opening the door you decided to open fire at @Morgan0111 and @Wolfjie, so we saw you had drugs, and we wanted them, so in order to do this we would obviously have to kill you so that we don't get a bullet to the back of the head whilst picking the drugs and so we did and we hid your body and took your drugs. On to my next point, if we were putting are life at risk so much so that we could have been shot, i don't see why you didn't just shoot us? Because, you're a bad aim?

Now, you can say we had a chance to escape, and be let off blood free, but what was there to stop you from opening that balcony door and popping us whilst we were making our way to exit?

I think this AR is a absolute waste of your time and you are slighty angry because, you lost a M911A1 to 3 people wielding baseball bats. If we were putting our life's at risk why were you the one running for your life from our bats? Because, you knew we had a chance to kill you.

And now onto @TheFrozenMonkeyKing Point, there was 3 of us, we could of easily batted you down in real life, because, in the first bat swing you will probably, be on the ground bleeding and wimpering shouting "NO DON'T DO IT!" so we could have easily killed you there and then.

From looking over this Action Request I am not supporting it.

From the evidence provided in the form of Youtube videos and demos, It is clear for me to see that no rules were broken, even if they did seem slightly unrealistic. The situation was that three gentlemen were armed with bats and inside (I'm guessing) your apartment. The fact that you took it upon yourself to try and shoot one of them through the window is where the situation changes. By that shot being fired it is then over to the three gentlemen to do anything in their power to save their lifes. From what i can see in the situation they had two options, run for the door or do what they did and attack you. If they ran for the door there would have been a high chance of getting shot through the window as they left and so, by the looks of things, they decided to try and take down the attacker.

Once the door was opened there was only one or two shots before they heard the click and started to attack. The truth is at this point you lost control. They were well aware that you had no method of fighting back and also well aware that three baseball bats could take you down before you could reload (If you had extra mags that is).

To sum up, i am not supporting this Action Request because three men with baseball bats can easily overpower one man with an empty firearm.
