First of all those gifs don't show how the situation worked out. Alex never saw your weapon and as is not stated in the evidence I did NOT drove away and stayed still.

He was already running by the time you had gun pointed him. As for the other screenshots I am seeing nothing other than a light tap at best and nothing that looks intentional.
