Why Should This Player Be Punished: 2.5 - Purposely raiding me right after I killed him in a shootout. & RDM.

Astakatos coming to my apartment instantly after and raiding it. Also RDMing me.

In the first video titled "dd shootout" you see, my friend went to go sell his drugs when all of a sudden shots wring off and I can see Astakatos round the corner. I hop out and a shootout starts, Astakatos then dies. After this encounter when he respawned he instantly came to my Regals apartment and started raiding it.

In the second video titled "rdm clip" you see, it shows the 2.5 of him raiding my apartment right after the shootout. I was on the stairs when he began raiding as seen on the video. There was also nothing inside the apartment so I just ran outside and gave him ample amount of space to raid and waited for him to leave. Upon exiting the apartment he starts shooting at the ground in front of me which he later claimed were "warning shots." I waited for about 2 or 3 minutes as seen in the video. Obviously he "wasn't done" so I walked back to my car so I could go to my friends Slum apartment. Upon nearing my car he kills me which he later claimed his reasoning was because "I wasn't letting him leave". Not once did I pull a firearm I just waited at a far distance for him to leave.

The logs can prove that all of this is true as well.

this is the video of ur friend breaking gp and resulting to his death to avoid loosing his drugs therefore i had to shoot him so u heard him and i died as well just because he decided to break gp.

i raided u it wasnt 2.5 , i just spawned and decided to raid a place happened to be urs , i gave u warning shoots as seen in ur video and u still stayed in the area as u say for around 2 3 mins on my point of view u were propably armed well aware of the raid and u were waiting for me to come down so u can kill me i acted first and killed u next time when there is a raid goin on avoid the area and leave asap .

If my friend broke gun point that's for a separate report not involving me. I was simply showing that video of the shootout to show that it in fact did happen. I was a substantial distance away allowing you to leave yet you claimed I wasn't. From here on out I will let the admins decide what the outcome of this AR is.

Edit: There was like 5 people on at the time and you even said at the time that you saw me entering and exiting regals so you raided specifically me. Right after you also raided my friend as I witnessed from the police station. The logs can prove all of this.

After Akastos respawned he saw you around the building you occupied, he raided you based on the information he gained after he died. this situation has nothing to do with the previous situation as that was ended after you killed him.
