Why Should This Player Be Punished: Ticketed me for $2450 for absolutely no reason(after he died, and after a server restart). I don't have a demo of him ticketing me but it is 100% in the logs. The events that caused him to ticket me can be seen here. I should also add that I honestly had no idea what the hell was going on, I can only assume the people in my car acted out because the server was about to restart.
