Why Should This Player Be Punished: 3.4-Me and @Skudist were conducting a traffic stop when Bruce decided to repeatedly intentionally ram into us, on his 2nd try he hit Skudist so we gunpointed him and told him to step out, he failled to do so, stalling under gunpoint for about 10-20 seconds until his friend came from behind and started shooting us.

He rammed into us for no reason, stalled under gp and starrted a shootout which got him arrested and his friend dead
