Why Should This Player Be Punished: This player was about to be put in jail and ticketed for Reckless driving, Falsifying information, and evading arrest, and he logged off as we where walking down towards the cells (At 10 seconds I am explaining to him why he is going to jail, but my settings were setup wrong, so you couldn't hear me saying it)
