Why Should This Player Be Punished: I was gun pointing this guy into the back of his shop to threaten him as I killed his friend, tell him to not tell the cops or I kill him etc but he completely ignores GP and says "i'm good, i'll stay out here" even though I had him under direct gunpoint but he chooses to ignore it and break rule 3.4.
