Why Should This Player Be Punished:

Started a high-speed pursuit over a traffic ticket. Did really dangerous maneuvers and drove multiple times on the wrong side of the highway, which was totally unreasonable. His actions actually caused a collision with Alex Mills (as you can see later in the video) and was lucky to survive.
He also drove off while clearly under gunpoint.
I then managed to arrest him in the city garage where he was doing a bad impersonation of an AFKer. The video only shows 5 seconds of me gunpointing him but we were there for at least 30 seconds until I just cuffed him and took him in by force. He then continued pretending he didn't know what happened, and failed to answer my LOOC messages about why he ran away and then he broke 3.4..
He was not warranted and didn't have any weapons on him.
