Why Should This Player Be Punished: User should be punished for 3.3, 3.4, and 3.6. This player essentially kept blocked a door which we were consistently shooting through and lockpicking, after lockpicking the user would simply shut the door again and stay in their safe space.
Evidence (Demo Required):
Their friend also said this in OOC, not sure maybe this is how cops responded or metagamed

Tick:N/A

I was also there, I confirm, that even after SWAT and PD came, they still locked the door, and still continually stalled, despite the door being lockpicked, and people shot, they still sat in a corner with a 1911 and waited for people to come in.

First off, the sweater you guys were trying to raid, just joined the server the day you tried to raid them.

I was upset because two guys try to raid an extremely new player, and without thinking, I posted that in OOC because I found that messed up. Mind you, I haven't been on the server very long myself, and I invited my friend to come also play with me.

Yes, I made a mistake, and I am sorry for making my mistake, but in the heat of the moment, knowing two dudes trying to raid new people, yea, I acted out a little. Regardless of anything, even if the raid was a success, the most you would have gotten was a colt m1911 with an empty mag after my friend finished it on your friend because we didn't even put down drugs.

Edit: My friend Emi doesn't have a forums account, so I'm posting on both of our behalfs. I haven't done anything before, and I apologize for lettings things get out of hand.

Edit2: In regards to police officers and how they responded, there was a police officer that lived in the cabin next to us, though I'm not sure if he was there at the time. Maybe that might shed some light on how a police officer showed up. His name was Antonio or something.

Edit3: And once again, because I have to stress this, I am sorry for the rule breaking. Once I realized my wrong, I do believe I said "Oh, sorry" in chat or something along those lines. My friend Emi didn't know any better, and one can make the arguement that she should have read the rules, but I take responsibility for that since I told them I would help them as best I could and teach them stuff.

I'm not talking about you then d00d. Your friend died then. Look, I said I was wrong and I said I was sorry, I reacted badly. The AR is deserved and I'm willing to accept punishment for it, but it's not a contest of who killed who and who did more damage.
[DOUBLEPOST=1475591606,1475584943][/DOUBLEPOST]Well, hm. I'd like to say something about this now.

Thinking about this realistically, they used "bobby pins" to lock pick the door, which doesn't destroy the lock on the door, it just unlocks it. So, she stood in the door way which, realistically speaking, is exactly what a normal person in real life would try to do; stop them from getting into the room. They were using deagles, and it's very possible to shoot through that door and kill her, and they almost did, however she survived. All of which that took place there, was completely realistic and wasn't/shouldn't be against the rules whatsoever.

Think about it in terms of a horror movie. Fkin' axe murder guy is trying to bust down your door, he grabs a bobby pin and trys to lockpick the door, but you have your hand on the lock keeping it from opening.

Totally realistic, and I don't think there should be anything wrong with this.

True but your friend stood in this same place extremely near the door which had bullets consistently coming out of it, realistically a person would maybe go to the other side of the room, not cockblock it and lock it as bullets keep flying through it.

Realistically, they did whatever they needed to do to survive. They knew what they were doing, they were being smart, and in the end they survived. So I don't see the problem.
[DOUBLEPOST=1475594845,1475594625][/DOUBLEPOST]There is a difference between doing something dangerous because it'll increase your chance of survival, and doing something like running across the intersection

Besides, if she backed away from the door, she absolutely would have not survived whatsoever because you'd be in the room shooting her.

L O L, so your last reply, you basically said, I don't know the rules, I don't care about the rules, i'll TAKE the ban, how good of an attitude is that to have? As well as the fact that your friend has unrealistically stayed behind a door, that literally had over 40 rounds of .40 S&W go through, they are either superman, or some sort of superhero, because nobody can be shot 40 times and live. That wasn't preservation of life, it was a lack of know-how and lack of regard to other players and the rules.

I did actually hit him, cause he was bleeding, and had the sound that he was hit, and I wasn't aiming through walls, I was just spraying, for the sake of the surplus of ammunition.

Obviously you didn't hit them as much as you said you did, because I specifically had an admin tell me that it takes 3 bullets for a berretta to the chest to kill someone, and 1-2 with everything else to the chest.

Accepted

Every time Emi ran to lock the door again (knowing they were shooting) she was risking getting shot, and therefore breaking 3.4. User will be punished for their actions.

As for Abel, she has apologised for her actions and will not be punished, however please ensure not to use the OOC chat for that in the future Abel, and try to stay calm.
