the roadcrew truck was not successfully evaded but this was my intention

In this situation we where in a chase to catch the Roadcrew (@Exrobite ), he drove towards the RC station and when he arrived at it he jumped out of his car to quit his job. @Exrobite was still being charged with reckless driving and failing to stop for his actions as a RC driver.
