Sorry, Youseff. I understand that I broke 3.26 and I am not denying it. It was the heat of the moment and I was thinking and doing everything I could to try to avoid the hefty Jail/Ticket.
I would like to know why you did not create a report at the time instead of an AR?

After being given further evidence, Janice will be punished for 3.4 as he evaded a misdeamor ticket without any good reasoning.
As for the 3.26 part there is a pretty simple reasoning for this, it's a roofless car as Slayerduck has pointed out. No doors needs to be opened in order to hop in but you should probably be in a petter possition next time by setting the empty space/seat near the handcuffed person and not where the driver is, don't think a /me would be necesarry for this kind of action either, thus he won't be punished for this
