Why Should This Player Be Punished: First of all, his name is 'Henry Voight' which can be seen as a name of a famous individual (someone from a TV Series) as seen here. This may mean he has broken 3.1. Furthermore, this player entered the PD with a bottle and started vandalising the PD with no regards to the NPC at the desk, thus breaking 3.21. As well as this he the assaulted an officer for no reason and putting his life in danger of being arrested, for a larger crime. By doing so he broke 3.4 as well as 2.1 as this isn't realistic at all. After being cuffed, he was later uncuffed then assaulted the officer once again, breaking 3.4 again. After being given a ticket for $7000 he then decided to trespass into the PD Parking lot to now receive a jail sentence of 2 years.
