Mainly because I witnessed it all happen, I was busy running to any nearby NPCs that might hear gunshots or a struggle and paying them money to not call police while @D3V and others took care of the ones closest to them, I saw infected stand in the same spot for a short while after being gunpointed.

I broke RP in which to state you had broken RP / Meta gamed.
Idk if the lesser of two evils applies, but at the end of the demo here. (I don't have a tick for you) you can probably see the actually kidnapping taking place.

This guy is constantly breaking the rules and yeah, in this situation he clearly stalls RP. After you have done a Report you should keep on with the Roleplay, but yeah, he has clearly no intention to RP.

2.6 Reporting a Rule-Breaker- If it is believed that another player has broken a rule, the ‘/report’ function is expected to be used to inform an Administrator. If a player(s) is in a role-play situation with another player(s) who has broken a rule, after the ‘/report’ function has been used, the former player(s) should continue the role-play situation as best as to their ability, and within the confines of the rules, until either it has ended and/or an Administrator intervenes.
Tell me what was to stop you from typing your report whilst sitting in the back of the car? You purposely decided to go afk and check for a rule number right in the middle of a RP situation. You could've continued RP and made a report after/during the car journey. You had ruined a whole RP situation which could've been conducted quickly and efficiently otherwise.

This guy has broken a lot of rules here, he has stalled RP and didn't continue roleplay, and he kept taking the situation OOC'ly, also when he weas tied, he got out of the car.

InfectedYoU™ clearly did break 3.4 / 3.6 /3.16 / 2.6, as seen in the video provided. When you got out the car and gun pointed him, he ignored it and then went on to finding which rules you might have been breaking, stalling RP. In the end he was ricking his life by not following your orders to get in the car and changed how the situation played out dramatically. He will be banned for 5 days.
