We ran him over as we noticed him attempting to murder people. @Riekelt was there as an officer, along with @Samuel Sheppard

Pretty obvious skid, should be punished for 2.1, 3.3 and 3.21

I will be supporting this Action Request, however the rules have been changed now so here are the rules he broke:

2.1 | It was unrealistic of him to walk up to you and act all strange and pull a bat out.
3.3 | His actions were unrealistic by pulling a bat out.
3.21 | He pulled a bat out infront of the NPC and tried to hit you with it.
3.24 | Your name is out of character information, thus he is breaking 3.24 because he somehow randomly knew your name.
