Why Should This Player Be Punished: Stalled a mugging by doing stuff like putting items for sale rather than dropping them / putting them for $0, then attempted to pick up a shotgun at gun point. I also believe he contacted the person to help him over org chat while at gunpoint, as he repeatedly started typing but never sent any message and then suddenly someone turns up with a shotgun.
Mugging ended at roughly 23:48 BST 19/09/18, please check logs to see if he called for help.
