Why Should This Player Be Punished: Jimmy decided to chase me from the City Bend to Parker Tunnel, then back to City Bend, rather than attempting to flee the area, he chases me, just so that he could shoot me. I did not know that he was involved, I looking over the area to see what was happening and who was there.
