I'm going to +support this Action Request,

My reasons for supporting this is because he broke the server rule 3.4
3.4 Putting your Life at Risk
As you and your friend had him at gunpoint and he simply didn't comply with it, him not complying resulted in him dying. Also he was trying to call the police which he shouldn't have done.

The user will be banned for 1 week because they did not comply while under gunpoint (3.4)​
