Why Should This Player Be Punished: I had to GP him because he wanted to get into the back of my shop which had dead bodies and drugs, and he also GP'd my friend. I was behind him and instructed him to get down, and was then going to tell him to drop his gun and radio, but instead, he turns around and kills me. I believe dom then killed him, which triggered his life alert, causing the swat to roll up and then cause him to die, losing his AK.

Here's my POV:

Really, an AR on this? Lol.
This AR is invalid for 2 main reasons.
1. I already had my gun in attack stance when he attempted to sneak up on me.
2. It's an instantaneous reaction to swing around and neutralize the first threat when in that type of situation, it was really just a poor choice to try to sneak up on me when I already had my gun in attack stance.
