Why Should This Player Be Punished: Player broke 3.4 and 3.6 by putting their life at risk under gunpoint and running away under gunpoint, they were only inches away from me with a gun pointed right at him and decided to run away, ending in him ultimately getting shot twice and bleeding out soon after.
