It is true that he broke the gunpoint. But i think Maxwell didn't notice that he was being gunpointed untill he turned around to leave the shop. The first time i heard: "Get down" was when he was in the view of a public area. I also didn't see your voice being captured before Ryanna says it. But indeed, he broke 3.4 by running away from gunpoint
