Why Should This Player Be Punished: 3.4, 3.16: We mugged the player and he dropped 3-5 burgers and a phone. He said he had a chest but refused to drop it saying it was a crafting material, from there on he continued stalling and went AFK, then a cop showed up and luckily enough we took the cop hostage. We managed to escape and were later chased by police in which @Chopper died and I nearly died escaping. I still have the warrant on me because Michael refused to hand over this one little chest.
Evidence:
The chest is under the category "Weapon Safe" so I do not believe it counts as furniture and certainly not a crafting material as Michael suggested.
