Why Should This Player Be Punished: 1.1 - He saw that it was my birthday and insulted me saying I had the intelligence of a 10 year old, the user has had about two ARs on him in just the past week and he is currently banned for two weeks currently for breaking rules. This act of immaturity leads me to believe he has not learned his lesson from the ban.
