reopened because: 1 the staff member was unclear in what he wanted from me, 2 the user deserves to be punished this was a surprise attempted MRDM and should not be tolerated there was no prior to this incident involving D nor was anyone in custody.

i was involved, you can hear me talking in the video
literally had no idea who it was, where the shots came from, or why we were shot. the only survivors of the attack were me and another officer with the civilian we were talking to being shot down. i cant think of any valid reason for this. if i can get the time/date again i can get a demo if need be
