Having reviewed the Demo and watched it from @Ethan 's perspective I come to the conclusion that shooting you was indeed an accident.

Since @Ethan was honest about his mistake from the start, offered compensation and probably acted in the heat of the moment, he will only be verbally warned.

As some users have stated, you should always be careful when approaching an active shootout and completely refrain from doing so, when there is no absolute need.

@Ozain please let me know when @Ethan refunded you.
