Person used a pistol in order to end me because I punched him once, I punched him once because he insulted me on multiple occasions.

He did not take into account the Cameras, my friend @DilanTheSkrub or anyone else around him, which I assume proceeded to gun him down for shooting me.
The police arrived really shortly after (thanks to gmod bugging out if you tab out you can hear certain sounds but not voices)

After reviewing the evidence provided, this is my opinion.

Rule 2.5: Excessive Negativity:
Clearly shown the user gunned you down for no good rp reason which is to excessive and effected your roleplay dearly.

Rule 3.4: Putting your life/ freedom at risk:
Shown in the video bazzar was highly populated therefore the person risked his life and or freedom by shooting a man where there was lot's of civilians and camaras which could have easily caught him and alerted the police.

Overall i am +Supporting this Action Request for the reasons shown above which is clearly shown in the video evidence.

He died 10 seconds after killing you.
