Why Should This Player Be Punished:
He raided me twice, and won. Fair game, GG.
He then comes back for a third time, follows me when i drive off damaging his vehicle for no reason and just being a general prick. They were armed so no doubt in my mind they came to raid for a third time, seeing he claimed he "could do it three times". You'd think after 29 bans you would read more than just the first sentence of rule 5.3. his behaviour led to his death which was just bait so his org members could shoot up my car and kill me, which they did, but shadowplay didn't record it.
