Why Should This Player Be Punished: I was getting my car from the City Garage when Mister Peta Phile asked me to buy something for him at 'First Aid', I responded with 'No' and he said 'What did you say?' pulled out a bat with his friend and started batting me down. They tried to get me into the alley but I thought I had a chance to run away until I found out I didn't have any stamina. Then I died.

To be honest, what they're doing sounds like something I did with my friends when we first joined. As soon as someone is in some sort of menu and you start hitting him with a baseball bat, you have a 9/10 chance of getting the kill. They were probably trying to kill you, for what reason? I can't tell.
