Why Should This Player Be Punished: Breaking 1.1, 1.3 and 3.20,
Full story: I just came on duty until I saw a Senior Officer (JustJosh) taking care of a suspect, who just committed 11.5 (Breaking and Entering). In LOOC he claims that these officers are "dum", where he most likely meant "dumb". When he got restrained he yelled in LOOC "OK RDA REPORTED", which is clearly slander. I confronted him and told him over LOOC that he is not allowed to slander or disrespect in the OOC, well if he continues, he is going to face a report for himself. I then did JustJosh take car of the suspect. 5-10 minutes later I receive the message that the suspect has disconnected. However he joined about 2 minutes later. JustJosh then decided in order to continue the Role-Play Situation, to restrain Ryan002 again, however right after he got his handcuffs on, he disconnected.
Ryan002 however stopped to do that after the third time, yet he didn't apologize or anything alike for his actions.

I was the officer making the arrest after witnessing him attempt to break in the PD, He continued to disconnect multiple times saying "I can do this all day haha"
I then decided to leave him and just make an AR (Stefan beat me to it) Around 20 minutes later he decided he would finally accept the jail time. I do believe he is a fairly new player so he does need to read the rules.
