Alright, first off, you can't kill someone after mugging him, that is 2.5 Excessive Negativity. Second off, if Shots really died from that mugging, he is not allowed to go and kill you as revenge since he died and can't remember anything. That would be 3.5 In-Character Death. Third off, black mailing someone is not nice. Overall I would give this AR a +support, but you should also be punished for 2.5 since you are not allowed to kill someone after a mugging.

He killed the user after mugging the user for all there goods making it excessive.

The user was killed and returned for revenge i quess.
