Why Should This Player Be Punished: I had just arrived at my freshly purchased property, unlocks my door when he runs in, says get in getting in and shoots me. Obviously, a mugging would be fine but I had no chance to react at all and that's pretty sketchy.
Evidence: Got 15-minute long video of whatever I did during this time, can also upload demo if really needed. Had no prior interactions with the person more than saying hello.
