Why Should This Player Be Punished: 3.4-Unarmed during a hsootout, proceeded under gunpoint, while being told to put his hands up and get on the ground, open his trunk and take out a weapon.

As you were being shot at i took the opportunity to take my weapon out of my car and shoot you to help my friends as they were being raided at puffer. Also i was taking the gun out of the car when u had me under gunpoint so i couldn't really stop. I also had enought cover to manage to pull my gun out as you were being shot at and i can take cover behind the P1

in my opinion he had quite a good chance to9 kill you since you were already being shot at and on the other side of the car, and at the point that he started pulling the gun out you were involved with someone else, once you start pulling the gun out you cant stop so i dont think this is 3.4, you easily could of killed him and you probably wouldnt of reported him for this if you did kill him soooo.
