2.5 - User shot someone for simply punching him. He could've tell him to stop or warn him.

Well you started assaulting him for no reason. He was already out of your property but you still kept on yelling at him to leave. While he was obeying your orders you started punching him. As he didn't quite know you nor your intentions he probably thought that you were trying to hurt him, maybe even kill him. He decided to protect himself even if it was a bit too extreme I could justify his actions up to a point of course. A verbal warning about his action would sound ok to me but think if someone started punching you IRL while he was being very aggressive to you before even if you were following his commands? You would obviously think that all he wanted is to hurt you and you would want to defend yourself. Mad because you lost a suppressed Beretta?

He could've done either or really. Not too sure what you want him to get in trouble for, you don't punch a random guy especially after he listens to you and gets off of your property. Depending on your strength level those two punches could've left him mildy injured, personally, I would've shot you as-well for being a dumb ass and attacking me.
In-fact, there have been real life occasions where dumbasses (not saying any names), have attempted to beat the living shit out of someone and have lost their lives for it. Basically you're Trayvon Martin bruv, you got 1 tapped unfortunately for your stupidity.
