Why Should This Player Be Punished: He new that i had a gun and then decided to run in whilst i had a gun at him and run around the room laughing. Taking it as a joke. 3.4,3.6

This led to my death, as the cops heard and came.

After reviewing the evidence provided this is my opinion on the rules broken.

Rule 3.4: Putting your life/freedom at risk:
The user was clearly putting his life at risk by running in and out while being gunpointed which lead to his death.

Rule 3.6: Stay Alive:
The user did not try and keep himself alive infact in running in and out he didnt think about what he was doing and the fact that he could have died.
