The medic is deffinetly at fault, but you were too. You were driving WAY too fast on the highway, if you went 50mph at the city bridge like the road signs instruct you to the situation woud have ended with minor injuries and the IC punishment of that medic for breaking traffic laws.

It looks like the medic lost control of the vehicle, when you hit him, he was at an angle that he could get back to his lane. He could have also had to get bodies out of the road and put them in the van, which is why he would have to pull out at a certain angle. I think if you weren't driving so fast on the highway this would have easily been avoided. Three seconds in you lost control of your vehicle because of your speed and could have easily hit a light post which would have ended you. -Support I also think that saying he had no reason in the AR is invalid because you have no idea what his intentions are.

I speeded down before i was going on bridge as you can see. The medic wasn't using any sort of headlights or emergency lights. And you can hear he was driving. I wasnt driving that fast when the collision happened.

You need to keep in mind here that this is a video game not everyone is a perfect driver and accidents happen that are completely out of our control ex: Lag, Suddenly dropping coffee on pants or FPS drops and just general latency etc. If you can't handle the occasional car crash then don't play on a server made to simulate real life. -support should have been handled IC.

D3lux, in the demo I am able to see that the paramedic was aiming to drive towards the other lane of the highway, however I am also able to see that you are speeding at a lethal speed killing both you and the medic (his body can be seen flying for an instance).

Therefor I believe that this is an in character matter as you were speeding, it was also day so no headlights were required at the time of the incident, nor was the paramedic responding to a emergency, therefor emergency lights were also not required.
