Why Should This Player Be Punished: 1.2, User continued to slander and abuse me after @D3V him and me had a sit, he didnt follow the order to stop with all the bogus in ooc, and now at the point ive had enough.

Hi Gents,
Motion to have this on hold as I prepare the video footage of him breaking rule after rule. This has to stop with him. I can process it all tomorrow but I'm American and it's getting late.
This guy just can't take any heat and should probably stay out of the kitchen from now on.
He was an officer while that situation happened and didn't care to assist either. He said he was 10-98 at the police station before I was RDM'd by three people as I was driving through the docks. I can get evidence of that too. Just another action of this guy taking "Out of Character opinions" into character. And all he wants to come at me for is making a joke about people reading because I was talking about what I would do "in real life" and not in the game.
Not sure what he wants to get out of this.

EDIT:
Would also like to note that the player went AFK while a Police Officer to write this AR. Thus breaking rule 3.17;

3.17 Idling on a Job
Players are not allowed to go idle for any period of time while performing a job, players should quit their job before going idle or use /report to inform a member of staff that they have gone idle

He did not inform a member of staff but was instead standing outside his police cruiser right before he posted this in the police parking lot for an extended period of time.
 
Anything that isnt a rulebreak when on duty as officer should be dealt with IA, as for the AFK claim, i can fully hear my radio when tabbed out and nothing occured during the time.

If it breaks a server rule even? It says any job, so that also describes a police officer. You clearly broke Rule #3.17. And you admitted to it. You also did-so again as you replied to this message. Keep that in-mind.

You went AFK to post an AR on some "disrespect" that was not even meant towards you. It was meant for Stomper and was a joke.

I am the one being petty, yet you posted an AR on me for a joke that:
1. Wasn't meant towards you (you were not involved in the conversation to begin with)
2. The other player didn't seem to have an issue with
3. Wasn't intentional disrespect as how would I know if he's Scottish or not?

You're being really petty and you need to draw a line somewhere and give up this grudge that you have against me. There's a lot of video footage of you for an IR and also an AR regarding your conduct as a medic and a civilian breaking the rules. And you admitted to breaking rule #3.17 here.

3.17 is only enforcable with a kick when the rule is being broken, educate yourself.

"The Rest" has been dealt with ever since you woke up D3 at 7am just to get on the server because you were upset. We had this situation already dealt with but if you want to air your own dirty laundry that's fine too.

Side Note: You keep breaking Rule#3.17 every time you post here. You're on-duty as a police officer. You're on a job right now. And you keep checking this to see what's been said, while you're on a job. Then replying.

Great will love to be punished for 3.17 cant wait, im not afk im responsive ingame.
 
@mattus11 also for the record D3V can back me, i never woke him up, i was gonna make a fat AR but he appeared on the server and i thought we sorted this all, but you went straight back to slander after being in a sit with a scottish admin, you still discriminate me for being scottish, 10/10 play.
