I think what draxen means is that a bit more context would help a lot. It's hard to tell what's going on from a 2 seconds clip. Could you please upload more evidence within 24 hours. I've contacted Marcus Hudson for his side on steam because he is forum banned.

@Brinch Ok so I was parking my car at Bazaar when I heard shoots I ran up to see this guy shooting a gun in the air so I went to GP him to make him put his hands up, Marcus shoots me from the back.
