Why Should This Player Be Punished: Murdered a man that he had just cuffed for a 'joke' because he said that if he lost his job he would shoot the man (Bearing in mind he was Secret Service at the time)

I was also SS at the time. The whole thing began when the Mayor started attacking a citizen that then punshed back finishing off they mayor. The person was arrested by John Panvinski and after calling for a medic that didn't respond he ended up shooting him while he was in cuffs. Very bad. This is kinda obv not gona lie.

He killed the man in cuffs because apparently earlier he said that if he lost his job because of him he'd shoot him, not a good enough reason though still in my opinion, especially if he is in cuffs
