Suggestion Title: Attack Medics
Suggestion Description: I suggest an attack medic role is added however they need to achieve the red medical shirt and they only get a weapon if they are using the Audi RS4. weapon suggestion would be a Glock 17C with a reflex sight, a taser and hand cuffs. However another way to do it would needing to be a police officer and have it as part of the PLPD careers to be an attack medic and they get a purple version of the PLPD outfit with a medics badge on the side. as well as having three white stripes on the sleeves.
Why should this be added?:
This should be added so that medics can go into the field armed for when they are in a situation where they are by themselves trying to get DNA from a scene that isn't known to be safe so the attack medic can clear the area in the abscence of any PD.
The medic will be able to defend himself as well as other medics that are on a scene incase of anything unexpected happens.
They can assist PD to apprehend a suspect that's in a public area, for e.g. Bazaar, avoiding any confrontation from bystanders that don't like PD officers so they won't get asmuch of a problem from the shop owners and other members of bazaar.
They can assist PD in house raids and then the medics will be on scene before they need to be called in.
What negatives could this have?:
A medic may use excessive force. However, they will need to under go use of force training as well as standard PD officer training. and they can get an IA against them using an attack medic badge number (e.g. M001).
Normal medics may complain that they can't become an attack medic as they are not of a high enough rank within the medic role.
What problem would this suggestion solve?: This would solve a problem of medics being taken away from life alerts when PD are conducting a property raids and the tenants become hostile.
This would also resolve PD not needing to go to life alerts so that they are free to deal with more oppressing maters.
