Server Suggestion SS Spawn witth medical

Suggestion Title: SS Spawn witth medical
Suggestion Description: Spawn SS with their medical supplies rather than forcing them to get it from PD.

This was previously suggested https://perpheads.com/threads/give-bandages-and-stim-packs-to-ss.55880/ however closed.

In my opinion it makes no sense for SS to not spawn with their supplies. PD do so why would SS not?

Why should this be added?:
-Players who dont know they can get medical from PD will now get medical.
-Less SS going into PD
-SS are ready to go as soon as they spawn.

What negatives could this have?:
-none.

+1, I actually didnt learn about this until ezio mentioned it in passing- in fact same with firearms on that regard.

The only time I actually enter the PD is when I wanna switch my pistol and sometimes I forget about the medical stuff
