His motivation to establish this company came from the observation, that many IA complaints (both in creation and defence) lack a lot of legal potentials, as in that officers in many cases acted lawfully, but with their (partially inaccurate) defence face punishment. Furthermore, he deems the current structure of policies in the PLPD to be chaotic and hard to understand for newer officers, which often leads to missing legal potential in defence and the creation of IA complaints.
