Badly sick going to be inactive for while

As the title says I'm going to be inactive for a while on perp due to how (fucking) sick I'm as I do not have energy, and can't sleep I also can't breath 100% Normal.

My problem is if I go to play on the server I wouldn't be able too concentrate 100%.
