Why should this appeal be considered?: i know i did break a rule and i did correct my actions by coming back to the cop but i should of gotten out straigh away once i realised instead of coming back and trying to park my friends car i did not mean to break the rule i just did not want his car to get impounded as i was only borrowing it for the meantime i am sorry for my actions
