Why were you banned/blacklisted?: "User killed a ziptied player after mugging them, once questioned in the report tried to lie about that the player wasn't co-operating, decided to admit his lies afterwards cause he didn't want to get banned."
Why should this appeal be considered?: First off, I would like to apologize for lying and being immature. I should have read over the rules more carefully before I did something as drastic as shooting him while he was zip tied. For some reason I thought that if I had them in a mugging zone, I would be able to kill them afterwards so they wouldn't be able to tell the police my identity.
