Why were you punished?: 2.5, 2.7, 3.11, 3.22, 4.1 - User started towing my vehicle when I was inside it for no reason, shortly after broke multiple traffic laws at the intersection, then proceeded to intentionally run over a civilian jaywalking outside the Police Department, aiming solely to kill them, then started using their physgun to prop push a vehicle off their towtruck at the road-crew station. Has no voice chat and doesn't care.
Why should this appeal be considered?: 2.5 - I do not believe that I showed excessive negativity, due to the fact I said nothing that could be deemed as offensive/rude in the talk with the admin. 2.7 - I cannot excuse this, although at one point when I first logged onto the server I could hear VC so I'm not sure what happened. 3.11 - The prop pushing was because the hook was glitched into the R34 Skyline I was towing, if you could tell me what demo to send through I can prove this. The hook would not release from the car. 3.22 - Beforehand, I knew there were traffic laws, I did not realise it was a rule to follow them. I briefly checked for police officers and I did not see any so I thought It'd be okay to speed/dangerously drive with no law enforcement present. 4.1 - I also cannot excuse this since rule 4.1 is simple. Once my punishment is complete, I personally will be ensuring I'm following rules as I've received too many punishments and I fear I'll be permanently banned.
Additional Information: After writing this appeal, I have began to realise that what I've done could greatly impact other player's experiences and simply ruin the reputation of the server. So, I'm using this appeal as a way to apologise for my wrong doings and hopefully regain access to continue playing on perpheads. I would like to add that just last night, I changed my ways to follow server rules, I had gotten into an altercation with another player and instead of breaking 2.5, I simply walked away. I hope this appeal can be accepted and I can put this behind me.
