Why were you punished?: User threatened to run over a group of people outside of PD, then when being chased by officers, disconnected from the server

Why should this appeal be considered?: I think that you should consider my appeal because I have been accused or misheard
I was speaking to an officer as I got a ticket the conversation started getting heated so I left the scene (after paying the fine)
I walked down the road and then I heard someone shout 'IM GONNA RUN ALL OF YOU OVER' I thought nothing of it and carried on walking.
I started to get a bit bored of playing so I got on the side of the road and left the game I never heard anyone shout me or anything

Additional Information: I assume they thought I said 'IM GONNA RUN ALL OF YOU OVER' since I was turned away and walking off towards my car,
