Why were you punished?: i attempted to pop a cops tyre whilest he was driving off and failed
Why should this appeal be considered?: i was unaware that you could not pop a cops tyre at the time as i was not told and i am sorry for my actions and i will make sure i wont do it again and if i am unsure of anything in the future ill ask in /help or make an f6 regarding it please consider this as i am still relatively new to the game in general
