Why should this appeal be considered?: This appeal is not for myself, I accept my wrong doings and will accept the ban due to my behaviour, but I would like to dispute the ban of my friend who I was playing alongside (his ban info will be in the additional info), as he did not engage in the mass rdm that I commited, he was simply driving us both around until I decided that I wanted to mass rdm, this isnt something that he knew about, and being banned due to just being near me at the time seems rather extreme, especially considering the punishment, a week ban could possibly be justified, but a permanent is far too long. I would greatly appreciate if you would revisit this ban of his.

You've put this as an apology then seemingly is somewhat disputing the length. You were both on discord and was failing to communicate to eachother, it will be hard to tell if he knew or not, but him dropping you off at City Hall whilst you're both metagaming, I think it's a fair assumption to assume that he did know this. I will reply to his PM shortly, maybe I will shorten it or it can stay for a bit.
