Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 1.1 - Doesn't know when to stop being disrespectful // Extended to permanent for constant shit talking in DMs, calling me Nword and F slur, then basically saying he's going to dox me
Why should this appeal be considered?: I won't make this longer than it has to be, so I wanna start off with apologizing to both @Exnem and specially @A1L, I know my actions and most importantly, my words were not right in any way, I must admit I have anger issues when it comes to things not going my way, specially when I think it's not fair what happened to me but looking back at things, I know why they happened and despite still having some thoughts, I know the punishment was valid (the warning).
I didn't control myself and instead I started getting more upset so I started arguing the warning since I thought it wasn't valid at the time due to multiple factors, then it led to me DMing @A1L in a disrespectful way, saying all kinds of things that shouldn't be said, they were just heated words that I wouldn't typically mean so I accept I did wrong and once again, I'd like to apologize if I caused any sort of discomfort or concerns within both a1l and Exnem.
During my short time in this server, I actually got to enjoy many parts of it, going from simply crafting, to going as a tow driver to RP and have fun, I tried to enjoy every aspect of it because the server was genuinely fun, I mean I put in a really decent amount of hours into the server for a reason, that being the fact the diverse amount of things you can do, some people may see the RP as limiting in regards of things you can do and stuff but to me there was always something to do, even staying up late farming drugs and watching a show was fun.
I never meant any harm to anyone in the server, which is why I always tried to keep a clean record, with only 1 warning for RDM when I joined, after that I started to learn it and enjoy it, getting used to how people roll and stuff.
What I'm trying to get to is that I never meant harm or to show any sort of no intent to roleplay, sure I was a bit dumb at times but I never wanted to cross that line of ruining other people's fun, I hate when its done to me so why do it to others?
I ask for a 2nd and last chance, not a full unban maybe but for a reduction to a month based on the initial punishment, I take full accountability for my words after my first ban was issued, but I genuinely did not mean any of those words nor threats that came out of my mouth, sorry for the alting as well, instead of appealing it I thought it'd be easier to alt (I was convinced there were ZERO chances of appealing it), I didn't troll on any of the accounts I played I wanna note that down, all I did was the usual, grow drugs and tow stuff, nothing other than that.
And although it has been less than a month since the original ban and the following bans, I don't believe remorse comes in after waiting a long time necessarily, the reason I used alt accounts is because I genuinely liked the server and didn't wanna stop playing it, sure I should've approached things the way everyone else does, making a ban appeal but I didn't, and I'm sorry about it, but being sorry doesn't excuse it.
I hope you guys can consider maybe shortening it as I said to the original amount which was, a week? maybe even a month,.. just not for what happened after which as I said, were harmless words and stupid actions that carried no malicious intent whatsoever.
Hopefully my punishment history also helps this ban appeal, I never got in trouble other than when I first joined with my friend and that's it, only 1 formal warning, the rest were talks about my base being built the wrong way but I was always comprehensive, kept to myself and respectful to staff members, I do care about people's fun when they play the server and I care about not ruining it and making sure they have fun.
So yes, I accept everything I did, both responsible for the words and the consequences.
