Why were you punished?: Mugging too many people and shooting in sit

Why should this appeal be considered?: I was in the middle of mugging people and in a shoot out with cops. As I got teleported i had my hand on the mouse and i accidentally shot the admin. I didn't mean to shoot any staff. I just joined the server less then a hour. I was mugging people which is allowed in the rules. I never rdmed anyone. Mugging is allowed so I don't know where I went wrong? Admin just banned me right away didn't give a chance or explain the mugging rules to me.
